Sally Spicer Co-Founder,

With over 20 years’ experience across recruitment, talent, and inclusion, Sally has worked extensively within professional and financial services, building a reputation for aligning people strategy to business performance.

Her career began in executive recruitment, where she developed deep expertise in senior hiring and talent advisory. She went on to serve as Global Head of Talent & Inclusion for a UK PLC, shaping global ESG and EDI strategies and guiding the business through early AI and automation disruption. Alongside this, she has cultivated extensive networks across culture, DEI, and finance, which she leverages to connect organisations with forward-thinking leaders and fresh perspectives.

Sally specialises in inclusive recruitment strategies, leadership advisory, and workforce planning. She is known for combining commercial clarity with inclusive systems design  helping clients build future-ready, resilient workforces that drive innovation and growth.

Natalie Clark Co-Founde,

Natalie brings over two decades of expertise in HR, talent, culture, and transformation recruitment, working with organisations undergoing change and growth. She has delivered large-scale recruitment programmes and senior appointments across multiple sectors, consistently achieving results that combine speed, quality, and inclusivity.

Her specialism lies in helping organisations secure leaders and teams who can navigate complexity and transformation, from HR and talent management roles to culture and change leadership. With a strong track record in both contingent and executive search, Natalie partners closely with clients to design recruitment strategies that strengthen long-term capability and align with business priorities.

Natalie is known for her integrity, commitment, and ability to deliver under pressure, making her a trusted partner to organisations seeking to attract and retain exceptional talent.
