With 17 years’ recruitment experience sourcing executive-level roles within the HR & Talent fields. Natalie is driven by a genuine desire to assist individuals in finding their perfect career fit.
Witnessing the increasing importance of diversity and inclusion (D&I) emerging over the past 10 years, Natalie has become impassioned about effecting positive change.
Throughout her career journey, Natalie has cultivated long-established relationships, a testament to her professionalism and integrity in the industry.
As a certified inclusive recruiter, Natalie takes pride in her ability to deliver a recruitment approach that is accessible, fair, and inclusive to all.
Outside of work she is happiest enjoying outdoor adventures with her family and ageing dog. You will often find her camping, surfing, hiking and running in her favourite part of the world, Cornwall.
Sally’s experience spans 20+ years placing senior level finance and accounting executives within financial services firms and leading teams with the professional services space.
She has managed large scale business and culture transformation programmes and delivered business critical hires and initiatives.
After witnessing firsthand the impact of gender inequality at the senior level, she became NLP trained and set up a career coaching business focussing on empowering women to navigate their professional journeys and ultimately level up the playing field.
She left her successful and established recruitment desk to follow her passion in Diversity and Inclusion and after qualifying in CMI level 6 in Diversity and Inclusion and as a certified inclusive recruiter, held the role of Global Head of D&I for an international recruitment firm.
She is passionate about making a positive impact on individuals looking for their next career move, on the lives of those working at companies she places impactful D&I execs in or in wider society with positive social impact initiatives. She cares deeply about lived experiences of others, isn’t afraid to stand up for what she believes in and one of her proudest moments was seeing her son stand up at a Black Lives Matter demo and speak from the heart!
