We’re partnering with a scaling financial services organisation to recruit a Fractional HR Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a scaling business and be instrumental in creating the people agenda, where people play a key role in driving growth and performance.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and the business to create a scalable and sustainable people agenda for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a top level audit across all HR activities
Assess current state V future state and provide recommendations as part of a consolidated roadmap
Work closely with key stakeholders to build a working partnership that elevates HR activities across the business
Support the HR team with strategic projects
Work on adhoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Experience in Fractional HR Consultancy or HR Director work
Strategic background with experience gained in scaling environments
Experience in financial services and/or PE backed organisations
CIPD Member
Availability for 1-2 days per week for the next 3 months for the client
