About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading, well regarded organisation to reruit a Reward Analyst into their established HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation, where reward plays a key role in diving performance, fairness, and employee engagement.
 
You’ll support a range of reward activities, with a strong focus on compensation cycles, data analysis, and benchmarking, whie also contributing to key regulatory reporting such as pay gap analysis.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of annual salary and bonus review cycles
  • Analyse and interpret reward and compensation data to inform decision-making
  • Participate in market benchmarking and salary surveys (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, McLagan)
  • Maintain and develop reward data, models, and reporting tools
  • Support gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and other regulatory disclosures
  • Partner with HR and the wider business to provide reward insights and guidance
  • Assist with reward-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
  • Experience in a Reward / Compensation / HR Analytics role
  • Strong involvement in at least 2–3 annual pay cycles
  • Exposure to pay gap analysis or regulatory reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience within a large, complex or professional services environment is highly desirable
