About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading, well regarded organisation to reruit a Reward Analyst into their established HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation, where reward plays a key role in diving performance, fairness, and employee engagement.
You’ll support a range of reward activities, with a strong focus on compensation cycles, data analysis, and benchmarking, whie also contributing to key regulatory reporting such as pay gap analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of annual salary and bonus review cycles
Analyse and interpret reward and compensation data to inform decision-making
Participate in market benchmarking and salary surveys (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, McLagan)
Maintain and develop reward data, models, and reporting tools
Support gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and other regulatory disclosures
Partner with HR and the wider business to provide reward insights and guidance
Assist with reward-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Experience in a Reward / Compensation / HR Analytics role
Strong involvement in at least 2–3 annual pay cycles
Exposure to pay gap analysis or regulatory reporting
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Experience within a large, complex or professional services environment is highly desirable
